Jagdish Nandan College, Madhubani (Bihar) popularly known as, J. N. College, Madhubani, a constituent unit of L. N. Mithila Universityu Darbhanga, established in the year 1959 with the sincerity of finding opportunities for the underprivileged-meritorious students in various fields of higher education, business, accounting and political life, is inundated with the thoughts of the great personalities like the great mathematician Aryabhata, the father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi, the chairmn of the Drafting committee of Constitution Dr. B R Ambedkar, the great Maithili poet Vidyapatti, the great physicist Chandrasekhar Venkataraman, the greatest Indian scientist of the late twentieth and 21st centuries, A. P. J. Abdul Kalam, and the Nobel laureate in Hindi literature Rabindranath Tagore. Decentralization of powers, maintaining democratic structure, developing new perspective economic, political, social through new methods of education-initiation in this era of neoliberalization and globalization to furnish practical shape to the Preamble of the Indian Constitution besides preserving the heritage of culture, etc. with modern approaches reside in the principle of the college. |
